MUWRIC offers exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. We offer exchanges only.

How to Request an Exchange

Email muwric.m@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you would like to exchange and the replacement size or product you would prefer.

Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide exchange instructions and confirm replacement availability.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, email us with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist.
